Officials Investigating Suspicious Fire

State Police believes a fire in Somerset Wednesday morning may have been intentionally set.

The fire destroyed Brett and Christina Smalley's home on Cheyenne Trail. Six people were in the home, but police say all were able to escape.

Police arrested Brett Allen Smalley on a charge of DUI, but a fire official tells says that Mr. Smalley is also being investigated to see if he had anything to do with starting the fire. Samples from the scene have been sent to the state police crime lab.
