State officials are saying less than half of Kentuckians will turn out to vote, but when we talked to area voters they say they hope there will be a much higher turnout.

One election historian says there have been a lot of elections in our nations history where one vote determined the winner, for instance several states would not even be states if it wasn't for one vote.

Now people across the region are asking that everyone go to the polls Tuesday.

State officials tell us as long as you are in line to vote by 6 pm Tuesday your vote will be counted.

If you aren't sure where to vote, call your local county clerk for your precinct location.

The Pike County Clerk tells us the Caney Precinct, B -101, has been moved to the Shelby Valley Fire Station Number One.
