An Ohio man is dead after an ATV accident over the weekend.
Police say 44-year-old Richard Rurak of Franklin, Ohio was taken to a Tennessee hospital after an ATV accident in Harlan County.
Police say Rurak lost control of his ATV and flipped while driving on Kentucky 991.
Police say he was not wearing a helmet and died at the hospital Monday morning.
