Drug abuse is something american's see far too often.
It's a battle more than thirty-percent of families here will experience.
"There is a problem. One in three families in eastern Kentucky are affected by drugs," Jennifer Noland said.

Soon a women's center will open in eastern Kentucky

The center will house between 40 and 60 women and they will also be allowed to keep their children with them while they recover.
Right now there is not a scheduled date for the women's center to open.
