Charges Aren't Expected To Be Filed In Death Of A Woman Bitten By Snake

Authorities say they don't expect to file charges in the death of a woman bitten by a snake at church.

48 year old Linda Long died after a rattlesnake bit her at the East Holiness Church in London.

Handling snakes in a religious service is against the law in Kentucky, but a sergeant with the Laurel County Sheriff's Department says it would be difficult to prosecute because of religious freedom.
