An Ohio man is dead after an accident in Wolfe County.
It happened on Kentucky 205.
State police say Kenneth Hollback lost control of his log truck after a tire blew out.
The tractor trailer overturned and hit a utility pole.
"The whole top was just crashed down right on him. You could see his hands and his hands never moved or anything. I knew that he was gone just by looking at him," Stanley Burnette said.
Kenneth Hollback was pronounced dead at the scene.
Burnette, who was first to the crash site Wednesday afternoon, says this is the sixth death on this road in just four months.
