Two Madison County teenagers are dead after a crash Wednesday evening just north of Richmond.
Police say a car driven by 19-year old Michael Ramsay crossed the center line on U.S. 25 and hit another car head on. Ramsay and his 17- year old brother, Samuel, both died.
The driver of the other car is in the hospital with several injuries.
Investigators believe weather may have played a role. The accident happened during heavy rain.
