Judge Sentences Neblett To Years In Prison On Felony Charges

A Fayette County Judge has sentenced Taquan Neblett to ten years in jail on gun charges.

Neblett appeared in Fayette County Circuit Court Friday morning. He pleaded guilty to the felony charge and waived his rights. When the judge asked Neblett why he pleaded guilty, he said he knew what the outcome would be and didn't want to waste time.

Neblett has already been convicted of gunning down a Lexington store clerk during a robbery.
