Lexington Police Chief Anthany Beatty's Childhood Home Goes Up In Flames

A devestating day for the Beatty family after a house fire that sparked around noon Saturday.

Fire officials say the fire started on the second floor of the home. We're told the home's interior was destroyed, but luckily no one was injured.

Lexington's Police Chief Anthany Beatty tells us it's the home he grew up in. Beatty says his brother was currently living in the home.

Fire investigators are still looking into what caused the fire.
