A Johnson County man accused of ramming his truck into a sheriff's deputy and his cruiser turned himself in Wednesday night.

Police say 23 year old Jeffrey Laudermilt turned himself in at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.

He faces several charges including fleeing and evading and second degree assault.

The man that Laudermilt allegedly hit, Deputy Josh Coles, has been released from the hospital with leg injuries.
