Police say Glenn Cox walked away from a work release program in Bell County.
Police say a jail employee saw Cox in a vehicle outside the jail during visitation hours.
Later, they say Cox was found at Pineville Community Hospital and they caught him after he tried to run away.
Police say two men in the car with Cox, Jeffrey Langford and Mike Daniels, were also arrested.
