standoff over An argument between a father and son turned violent in Estill County this morning.
Police say when they arrived, the son started firing shots from a semi-automatic rifle.
It all led to a seven hour barricade along Elmer Richardson Road, near Ravenna. Police had to evacuate some neighbors.
The son is charged with six counts of wanton endangerment and six counts of terroristic threatening.
