A suspicious white substance was found at the Cynthiana Post Office this morning, shutting down the facility.
The substance was discovered around 6:30am. The substance was sent to Frankfort for testing and proved to be non-toxic.
The Post office has reopened and letter carriers are in route. Mail delivery will be delayed.
Officials are investigating to find out who is responsible.
