Family and friends gathered Sunday to dedicate a memorial for Ashley Lyons and her unborn baby.
The memorial site will stand in memory of the Scott County teenager, as well as for other Kentucky parents who have lost their children too early.
Ashley was murdered back in 2004 at the Scott County Park in Georgetown.
The family hopes this memorial site can bring some sense of peace since her tragic death.
