A possible strike is looming at a Southeastern Kentucky manufacturing plant.
United Steelworkers are negotiating with representatives of Tru Seal Technologies which employs about 250 workers in Barbourville.
Union workers say a vote is likely Friday.
The chief issue is said to be health insurance benefits.
