Ohio Man Is Facing Rape Charges In Kentucky

An Ohio man is back in Kentucky, facing charges in connection with a rape that police say happened in May.

Officials at the Bell County Sheriff's Office tells us that 45 year old David Cluck of Athens, Ohio was brought back to the state after he was found in Michigan.

Police say Cluck faces 1 count of rape in the 1st degree, 3 counts of sodomy in the 1st degree, and 3 counts of sexual abuse in the first degree.

Cluck will be arraigned Monday morning.

Police say bond has been set at $100,000.
