A former Lexington elementary school teacher went to court this morning.
50 year-old Kenneth Edward Dunn is charged with sexual abuse.
Thursday, a judge waived his case to the grand jury.
Fayette County School Officials say two of the victims were Dunn's students while he worked at Linlee Elementary.
Dunn has pleaded not guilty.
