A Boyle County grand jury handed down an indictment Thursday against a Harrodsburg doctor. The grand jury indicted Dr. Steven Hall for murder.
He reportedly pushed his wife, Isabel, off a boat at Herrington Lake last month and ran over her.
Dr. Hall's lawyer says it was an accident. He claims the doctor only meant to scare his wife by driving the boat toward her and accidentally hit her.
He'll be in court next month to answer to the new indictment.
