When you go to someones home with a gun and you end up getting killed in a confrontation with the home owner than it is your own fault. There are several legal routes he could have taken. Sams club has security cameras all over the place, did he call the police and ask them to review the tapes? Perhaps this would have gotten him the results he wanted but no he had to play billy bad a__ and go confront the guy. Sorry to see anyone lose there life over something this silly but under no circumstances should this home owner be charged with anything. I don't care what happened at Sams you dont carry a gun onto someones property to confront them. Of all people I would think a doctor would have more sense than that.

Maybe the shooter WASN'T actually responsible for the incident at Sam's, what then? The doctor shouldn't have gone looking for trouble-especially with a gun!
