An Eastern Kentucky couple is accused of abusing a child.
State police say it happened at the Valley View Apartments near London.
Police say they found a two year old girl with a head injury and many bruises.
The girl's mother, 23-year old Vanessa Cox and her boyfriend, 21-year old Daniel Barrett, were arrested and charged with first degree criminal abuse.
