Suspected Con Artist Makes Tearful Apology 
New information about a man wanted for ripping off businesses in southern and eastern Kentucky.
Corbin police say Henry Gibson turned himself in late Thursday afternoon.
Earlier this week police released video of Gibson hitting businesses up for money to sponsor a youth basketball league that doesn't exist.
Gibson apologized for his actions and said he did it to support a drug habit.
