An eastern Kentucky man is arrested and accused of a vicious beating.
State police say Mark Seiber of Harlan County forced his way into Glen Thomas' home and attacked him last week.
Thomas sustained serious facial injuries and a puncture wound to his throat.
He spent several days in the hospital.
Seiber was arrested Tuesday and charged with assault and burglary.
If convicted, he faces 30 years in jail.
