Four eastern Kentucky high school students could be expelled from school after a basketball trip in northern Kentucky.

The Laurel County Superintendent says three North Laurel Assistant Basketball Coaches have resigned.

Monday night the four boys allegedly involved in inappropriate behavior went before the county school board and could be expelled.

A father of a North Laurel Basketball player says the team was at a tournament in northern Kentucky two weekends ago.

One night while the team was staying at a hotel he says his son walked in a room as four students took pictures of a freshman who was stripped of his clothes.

Now those students could be kicked out of school.

Barry Tiller says a freshman on the North Laurel team was aggravating his teammates by calling rooms and waking the boys up.

Tiller says in the end, the others sought retaliation, "The player who the retaliation was against, he was out on the balcony, he was stripped down and he had his behind up in the window and they took a picture."

"I can confirm one-hundred-percent that there were no drugs or alcohol involved," North Laurel Principal James Durham said.

The four boys who were allegedly involved in taking the boys clothes off and taking the picture were at the county school board meeting.

The superintendent says they will be giving their side of what happened that night.

The principal says a decision whether or not the four students will be expelled will be made during the meeting.

We hope to have the outcome of Monday night's meeting by Tuesday morning.
