A former inmate at the Big Sandy Federal Prison in Martin County has been found guilty of assaulting an inmate and a correction officer.
A federal jury found Robert W. Howe guilty of assault with a dangerous weapon assaulting, resisting, opposing, and impeding a correctional officer... and possession of prison made weapons.
He is scheduled to be sentenced in London on May 3rd.
