Around 9 p.m. Saturday, February 10, KVE Officer Landry Collett spotted Harris and another individual coming out of a house in a high drug trafficking area of the Baxter community just north of Harlan.

Further investigation resulted in the discovery that Harris had 124 Hydrocodone pills and 14 OxyContin pills in his pocket.

The other person was not charged.
