The man accused of accepting donations for a fake basketball league has been indicted for his alleged crimes.
Henry Gibson of Middlesboro turned himself in last month after being accused of trying to scam Corbin businesses out of money for the non-existent youth league.
Gibson told the media his drug problem was the reason he was looking for handouts.
He is charged with two counts of theft by deception.
