After hours of searching, crews find the body of a Morgan County teenager.
Police say 18-year old Joseph Penix was driving down U.S. 460 early Thursday morning when he lost control of his pick up, hit a guard rail, and flipped.
Penix was ejected and ended up in the Licking River.
Emergency crews found his truck at the bottom of a cliff Thursday morning.
They didn't recover his body until late Thursday afternoon.
Investigators say the dense fog may have played a role in the crash.
