Nearly two years after being accused of setting up a building behind his home to sell drugs and alcohol an alleged drug kingpin is now in federal custody along with two other men.
Court records show Boyd Swafford, along with his son, Jamie Swafford and his nephew, Noel Perkins Junior, have all three been indicted for allegedly opening a place to distribute prescription pain killers from January 2004 to February 2005 in Whitley County.
They'll be back in court March 8th.
