The Claiborne County, Tennessee Sheriff is out of jail on bond after a grand jury indicted him.
Sheriff David Ray is facing four sex related charges and most are connected to the alleged rape of a 17-year old girl during a hunting trip last year.
Officials say Ray is still on the job.
He'll be arraigned in April.
