Man Shot While Standing In Doorway

Police say a man was shot while in his doorway.
It happened just before midnight on Woodview Drive, near Man O'War and Alumni Drive.

He was shot in the neck, and taken to UK Hospital.
He's in stable condition this morning.

The victim's name hasn't been released.

Police have not named a suspect at this time.
The investigation has been turned over to robbery - homicide detectives.

Police interviewed other people who were inside the home when the incident took place, as well as the victim.

Police tell 27 NEWSFIRST the victim lived at the home where the shooting happened.
