Lexington Getting Ready to Host Basketball Fans

The last time the NCAA Tournament was in town was 2002. Fans poured in from around the country then, and officials say you should expect the same this time.

The Lexington Convention and Visitors Bureau says around 30,000 visitors are expected this week, and that's bound to create an economic boost.

With a couple of teams in driving distance, like Louisville and Xavier, some are concerned that might mean a loss of potential customers because they won't be staying overnight. But officials say they won't be the case.
