Interstate -75 is back open after an accident involving a tractor trailer closed the southboud lanes.
It's happened at the 38 mile marker in Laurel County.
A tractor trailer crashed into a guardrail.
The driver wasn't hurt.
Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement worked the accident.
Officials suspect fog played a role in the accident.
