Man Injured During Home Invasion
A man is recovering after being cut by an intruder in his own home.
Police say it all started early Wednesday morning when a man heard someone trying to enter his house on West Fifth Street.
The homeowner confronted the man breaking in and a fight broke out.
The homeowner was cut with a box cutter on his head and leg. Police say the injuries are minor.
The intruder escaped. He is described as a black man in his 30's. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants and a Carhart jacket.
