A Morgan County man who evaded police for four months is now behind bars.
A sheriff's deputy arrested 26-year-old Robert Tolson Monday night.
He was one of 24 suspected street level drug dealers targeted by Operation UNITE in a 2006 roundup.
All but four of those wanted have now been arrested.
