Funeral arrangements have been made for the victim of a boating accident on a Southern Kentucky lake.
Frankie Harris fell into the water after a boat accident at Woods Creek Lake in Laurel County. Rescue crews used underwater cameras to locate the body. Three others on the boat were rescued including Harris's 17 year old daughter.
"Can't find anybody, he's irreplaceable, nobody could replace my dad," said Kelly Harris.
Harris's other daughter, Tiffany Harris, had to be air lifted to the U.K. Medical Center. She suffered multiple injuries.
