A Johnson County man sentenced to 100 years in prison won't have to serve all of it.
Court officials tell us a judge amended Frank Yarno's sentence to 70 years because it is the maximum sentence allowable under the law for the charges he faced.
Yarno was convicted on two counts of child rape.
