A Magoffin County man is in jail on sex related charges.
Police arrested Rodney Watkins after a grand jury indicted him.
He faces charges of first degree sodomy and incest with a minor.
Officials say the child was under 12 years old.
Watkins is being held in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
He is scheduled for arraignment next Thursday.
