A lawsuit filed against Governor Fletcher will be allowed to continue.
The ruling comes from a federal judge.
Internet Blogger Mark Nickolas filed the lawsuit last yearafter the Fletcher administration blocked his website on state computers.
He claims that violated his free speech.
Nickolas' website, bluegrassreport.org, criticizes several politicians including Fletcher.
The lawsuit now moves on to a federal magistrate.
