Governor Fletcher has indicated that he'll wait until after the May primary before calling a special session of the state legislature.

The legislature adjourned last week with several major items still un-resolved.

Those include reforming the state retirement system and money for universities across the state.

An internet poll finds more than 70-percent of Kentuckians give the legislature a 'D' or an 'F' --for this last session.
