New information Tuesday about a deadly accident.
It happened in Letcher County Monday afternoon on highway seven near Jeremiah.
State police say 46-year-old Ricky Taylor of Mallie was the killed in accident.
Police say Taylor's commercial vehicle went over an embankment and overturned.
Taylor was not wearing a seat belt.
