Lexington Man Arrested in Frankfort Historic Building Fire34-year-old Stephen Malcolm was arrested Tuesday afternoon and now faces several charges.
Investigators determined the fire, which broke out March 4, was intentionally set.
It destroyed several businesses, including a bar.
