Several Break-ins Have Recurring Theme

Lexington Police are investigating a string of break-ins at businesses on Nicholasville Road.

In the last week there have been nearly half a dozen burglaries in the Fayette Mall Area. TGI Friday's, Sun Tan City, C&M TV And Mi Pequeno Hacienda are just a few of the businesses that have been hit.

Owners say the thief breaks in after hours and only takes new plasma televisions. Officials say they are looking into the possibility that the burglaries are related.
