A man accused of hurting an assisted living patient pleads not guilty Monday.
23-year-old Charles Gabbard of Manchester allegedly abused a 41-year-old resident at the Bush House in London.
Gabbard is accused of tackling the resident and fracturing his arm.
Gabbard posted a $100,000 property bond in Laurel County Circuit Court and was released Monday morning.
Officials from the attorney general's office say Gabbard is a caretaker at the facility, which was operated by new foundations.
The director of New Foundations has denied abuse allegations.
