A Letcher County man is sentenced for his role in an accident that claimed three lives.
A Letcher County Judge sentenced Jason Ison to 18 and a half years in jail.
Ison was convicted last month on several charges including reckless homicide and assault.
Ison was behind the wheel in a 2005 accident in which his wife, a cousin and a friend were all killed.
Ison was also ordered to pay restitution for medical costs and a 10-thousand dollar fine.
