A woman woke up to a strange man in her house early Thursday morning.

Lexington Police got the call just before 5 a.m. from the home on Euclid Avenue, near Kentucky Avenue.

Officers found the man a short time later on nearby Woodland Avenue without any shoes. He was also bleeding.

Police believe the suspect got inside the home through the front door.

Adam Hunt, 26, is charged with second-degree burglary. Police believe Hunt was intoxicated at the time of the break-in.
