Welcome to the wild wild west of Lexington Kentucky. The only city in the nation to openly advertize it is a sanctuary city for criminals. Lack of enforcment of rule of law in one area promotes disrespect for laws in all areas. Lexington is becoming more and more like the lawless border towns of Mexico, where the criminals rule the roost.
