Man Arrested For Kidnapping Woman

Police arrest a southern Kentucky man after a woman says she was tied up and left in a field for hours.

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Department says the woman told them she was pulled from her car, bound and then left in her back seat for hours. The woman was eventually able to free herself.

The victim told police she knew the suspect. She said he threatened to kill her if she testified against him at a grand jury.

Police have charged 26-year-old Christopher T. Denney of Monticello with kidnapping, assault and intimidating a witness.
