A southeastern Kentucky man will face jail time after pleading guilty to child porn charges.
Kentucky State Police say Michael Hodson Junior of Middlesboro pleaded guilty last January to possessing child pornography on his computer.
Federal officials say the 42-year-old man was also caught in the act of engaging in a sexually explicit online chat with what he believed was a 12-year-old boy, but was actually an undercover KSP detective.
A judge sentenced Hodson to 71 months in prison, plus lifetime supervision upon release.
