A Kentucky couple loses their home and business in the same fire Tuesday afternoon in Powell County.

Flames erupted at the Red River Outdoors Store near Natural Bridge State Park. We're told four different county fire departments were called to fight the strong flames.

But by the time fire crews arrived to the scene it was too late. The fire destroyed the business and a couple's home, where they lived on the second floor.

Luckily the two were not injured in that fire, but the family dog wasn't so lucky.

Firefighters say they believe the fire may have started from a dryer or a pick up truck parked outside.

Investigators are still looking into the official cause.
