The case of a man accused of shooting four people earlier this month has been sent to a grand jury.
Teddy Keith Hurst allegedly fired more than 20 rounds into a Whitley County home, killing 82-year-year old Quenton Prewitt and injuring three others.
Hurst told WYMT from jail that he wasn't involved in the shooting.
